$9,500 – Carefree, AZ:

“Serious buyers only.

Here’s a great car that could have been one of the first Pacers ever built! The original door sticker indicates that it was built in January 1975. Allegedly, during a national rally in Kenosha, Wisconsin, this car may have been the one that was given to a dealer on Valentine’s day in 1975; he was handed the keys to the hottest car of the year.

The original Aztec design upholstery was reinstalled, and the original engine was completely rebuilt in 2016. The whitewall tires have less than 1,000 miles and it runs like a charm.

I believe that I have begun the first stage of restoring this car to become a genuine antique vehicle. I’ve taken it to regional, national and local rallies and have won various awards – even a bronze recognition at a national rally. If you have interest in taking this car to the next phase of becoming a genuine antique, this is the car for you . I have the original 1975 AMC technical service manual and spare parts – all included in the price.

If you just want to have fun, meet people at antique rallies, swap meets, or city cruises this the car for you. Or if you just want it to drive to the super market, the liquor store or the bakery, you will be amazed how many people want to talk to you and tell you that they knew someone who owned one, or….folks who say “What kind of a car is that”…
