“1990 bmw E30 s52 M3 was purchase as a rolling chassis missing drivetrain and front clip. The left front fender, valance, front lighting was replaced. All parts replaced using Bavauto, Ireland engineering, eeurosports, FCP and when available other E30 suppliers. It was build from the ground up by me except for the paint job done in 02/2016 and a Z3 steering column. The Z3 steering column was installed by Munich Motorsports in September of last year. They also did some minor maintainance replacing gear oil, differential oil and O2 sensors to clear check engine light. I did sparks plugs, coils and oil change in August prior to attending BAVARIAN autosport annual car show. That’s a three hour trip to a from without any issues. I’m very confident driving the car at anytime and anywhere but it’s mostly parked. The car has no known mechanical issue and handles great with the suspension setup. I built the car to have the comfort of travelling on road trips or a quick Sunday cruise. The S52 was swapped in with 80k miles and I installed ARP HEAD STUDS and COMETIC headgasket. The cars has Stainless steel teflon coated brake lines, subframe bushings replaced, 19mm & 22mm swaybars, rear coilovers, Bilstein shocks front and rear, new tires 225/50/15, adjustable sway bar links F/R, Strut tower brace.
