These are the 420 hp quad cam 5 valves per cyl. engines. Both run and drive, good 6 spd. manual trans. and all wheel drive. Asking $20,000 for both cars as a project. The price may SEEM high, but check out the cost of an engine and trans, and other parts from these RS4 cars on EBay and other such sites. Both cars the same color in and out, Daytona Gray Pearl (Dark)/Silver-Gray(interiors). One has 116K the other 126K miles. Both have salvage/rebuildable titles.
