$NA – Winlock, WA:
“Hello,
The Twin Coach is #612 of the old Seattle fleet. There were only 34 left in service in 1978 (#600-633)
There are not many of these left so it is a bit rare and a piece of Seattle’s history. So the story is my grandma-in-law wanted a retired 1940 electric trolley years ago. Apparently Seattle only sold them in pairs so my mother-in-law had to buy one as well. Grandma’s is long gone, but we still have the second one. Seattle started selling them around about 1981.
Over the years this has been a play room, a green house, our bedroom and had plans to be a sitting area at a cafe. For the last 3-5 years it has been sitting on our farm in Winlock as storage.
The complete electric engine worth cooper write is still in the back.
THIS IS NOT A TITLE STREET LEGAL VEHICLE
It must be towed, and that is the buyers responsibility. We had it moved with a low boy.
I have had some offers of scrapers who just want to give me cash and crush it to recycle it.
I thought I would try Craiglist to see if there is anyone out there interested as you can’t really find things like this anymore.
Before you email me please do some research on these and how you may be able to transport it.
I would be interested in cash or trade, send me a reasonable cash
Trades I may be interested in: motorcycles, quads, tools, trailers, RVs, nice cars/trucks.
Or let me know what you have to trade, the worst I could say is “No Thank you”
