$800 – Summerlin, NV:

“Audi 4000CS Quattro Sedan 2.2 5cyl. 10v
DOES NOT RUN!
I need an Audi-head to take this off my hands. Car ran around Colorado for years after I got it in 1993. Came out to Vegas and soon had running problems. I’ve intermittently tried to work on it when I’ve had time including fuel pump and filters replaced fuel drained and refilled. Replaced valve lifters and cam in the 10k before I moved here ( they came as a package ) various other bits and pieces but at last start about a year ago it produced a pile of blue smoke. My guess is it sat to long and a cylinder ring has blown. Compression testing didn’t reveal which one (compression tester is in trunk and comes with car as does a full size red Bentley manual. Theres an amp in the boot hooked up and There’s even four spare Rota five point wheels with tires in the trunk, pic)
Basically this needs an internet/eBay specialist who will break it out and probably make 5-7 grand in parting because I don’t have time and no longer live in state out OR Preferably it needs an Audi head who wants to make her live again. Look at that back window alone, what other car writes it’s name in the frost on the back window (not a scratch). Try to search cost of …rubber intake boot from throttle assembly, mixture cup assembly, braided fuel injection lines etc. any Audifile reading this knows what I mean. Blauparts seemed to lean away from the old Quattros a few years ago.
We are at the corner of Summerlin pkwy and 215. Gimme a text and ask me to send picture of whatever you need to see or come take a look, and make me an offer. I cannot sell individual parts (time) and I have the ancient title. CASH! OBO
(Oh and you’ll need a flatbed obviously)
