“This car was originally built by Swift Racing Technologies. Here is the original build thread. https://www.8thcivic.com/forums/turbocharging/249458-07civicmd-last-srt-build-thread.html More recently the motor was rebuilt by the owner of Real Street Performance, Jay Meagher. A new turbo and clutch were put in as well as Mugen suspension and stock motor mounts. These things were done to make it a comfortable daily driver. The original twin disc clutch, stiff motor mounts and Tein Basic suspension was great to get down a 1/4 mile track but was horrible to drive around as a daily. After the recent rebuild Jay tuned it to a modest 480hp at 15psi. The car has not been launched or raced since the rebuild. It is tuned to last and be comfortable to drive. If someone wanted to race it, it wouldn’t take much to be track ready. I’m not sure which is better, the way the car drives or the sound system. The car has been stored in a car capsule during winters. I’m happy to help with meeting a car shipper that’s arranged by the buyer.
