Issues:
-ABS/Traction light on
-Car loses EWS code every once in a while when you go to start it. For Permanent fix, ecu should be sent out to have EWS deleted. I am giving a Foxwell NT510 Scanner with the car which can be used to realign the EWS when this occurs (takes about 30 seconds) and also gives full diagnostics of any BMW car and can reset any service indicators, etc.Car has 177k on it, anyone that buys for asking price ($5000) will receive a 2nd Motor with 100k on it also.
