“I am selling a one owner 1980 Subaru GL 1600 4WD with only 75,000 original miles. This is a very rare piece of subaru history. In very good condition considering the age. Was owned by an elderly couple in Estes Park its whole life, they bought it brand new in Boulder back in 1980. This model is the sport model with the shift on the fly 4Wd, roof rack and 4 sp manual transmission. Good AC/Heat. Nothing fancy about this car, but it is very reliable and safe and will go places no one would ever think it could. Gets around 30 mpg. Just passed emissions. The clear coat on the pain is starting to peel and the interior has some tears in the seat. I have all then original maintenance records from the day it was new and it has brand new studded snow tires on it under warranty. Just had it tuned up and serviced including new cap, rotor, spark plugs, plug wires, furl filter, new front CV axles, new diff fluid and clutch fluid, new brakes and radiator flush. Runs and drives excellent. Amazing in the snow and offload. Such a blast to drive. This model does not have power steering just an FYI. Asking $1900 obo. Phone calls only please.
