“Up for sale is my backup MGB V8 conversion. I’ve had several V8 and V6 Conversions over the last 10 years and this one has that wow factor. I currently own a near concours 3.5 V8 conversion and this is my driver version. My plan is to keep the 3.5.
This has the larger 4.6L Rover Engine and Jaguar 5 Speed manual transmission. This car started off as a 1980 MGB LE. The car was lowered and converted to chrome bumpers with the stock rear. Glen Towrey helped the last owner do the conversion. It has the larger 4.6L Rover with the cross bolted crank, a cam and nice sounding exhaust. I installed an electronic ignition, 500 edelbrock and started to work the kinks out of the car.
It’s built to drive and priced to cell. I’ve had it in storage since September and I’m sure there will be a few kinks to work out before it’s ready for the Summer. Feel free to call my cell with any questions.
