“For sale is my Zermatt Silver 1983 Audi Urquattro or Turbo Quattro. I have owned the car for about 15 years and it was my daily driver for the first 6 or 7 years I had it. I stopped daily driving it when I started driving my freshly completed Mars red URQ that I had a 20v 3b in. I drove this Silver URQ from Oregon to Chicago one summer, and I’ve driven it to LA and back many many times over the years. She has always treated me well. I bought the car up in Portland from the original owners Nephew, who inherited the car when his uncle passed away. I have a 2 inch thick folder with maintenance records and receipts dating back to around 1986 or maybe 1987. The man whos nephew I got it from drove it on weekends and always had either an Audi 200 or v8 Quattro that he used as his daily driver. I was told that the car was originally shipped into a Porsche dealer in Alaska where it sat on the showroom floor for a year or two before,g. I’ve had the typical issues like the 3000rpm cutoff issue dealt with. The interior is stock no rips or
Tears whatsoever. The dash has the very rare taxi pod with the triple auxiliary gauge cluster that the company (Abt?) maybe forget their names sold, that companies original 80’s Audi performance/ parts catalog is even in with all the records. It’s my understanding that the original owner also got other parts from them too.I had to car repainted by a professional shop on eugene that almost exclusively paints Porsche’s Audi’s and BMWs less than a year ago
PS. I also have a white 1983 URQ that is just a Roller but I have 80-95% of he parts to complete it including motor trans interior etc. it’s for sale also
