Reason for being auctioned – Replaced
QTY – Three (3) Bombardier Talent Trainsets (plus parts).
Note: Bidders be aware that actual parts and quantity of parts may vary from what is identified in the Bombardier Talent Trains Bidder Document. The City shall not be responsible for any discrepancies. The winning bidder will be provided with all applicable City owned parts on site in the City owned storage container.Notable damage – C3 derailed and was removed from service. Items seen in images/video that are NOT included with asset – Indusi Magnets, radio communication devices, fuel, signage, and other items deemed as City of Ottawa train specific.
Known issues – Assessment Report. All batteries on all trains require replacement. Corrosion.

The onus will be on the winning bidder to prepare all documentation for export with no assistance from the seller. The assets sold under this contract are being sold ‘as is’ and are not represented as being mechanically sound or maintained at any guaranteed level of quality. The asset may not be fit for use and may require substantial repairs at the buyer’s expense.
