$37,000 – Raleigh, NC:

“First, I most certainly realize this is not everyone’s cup of tea and that is seriously half the fun of owning this car, watching and listening to people’s reactions. However, this is a real for sale ad and I would greatly appreciate any negative comments be kept to yourself.

NO TRADES!

Mileage:
Is not exact as the speedometer was not calibrated after the swap was done, it was showing about 10mph faster than you were actually going and was daily driven for about 6 months this way. Actual mileage is less than odometer shows. The speedometer was calibrated at RPM after cam was installed so it is now accurate.

Vehicle Title:
Full disclosure here, it might be too much info, but I want to be honest. The original title was listed as salvaged. Neither Carfax or AutoCheck showed any damage or accidents, just that it was sold at auction by an insurance company. (I will include copy of AutoCheck) I had the nice people at the NC DMV License and Theft Bureau investigate and they were able to find that this car was involved in an accident and it was hit in the rear. The rear bumper is the only thing that I can find that was replaced. It was replaced with a OEM Toyota Supra bumper as it does have a VIN tag on it, however, it is not the same VIN as the others on the car. The rear hatch was not damaged or replaced. It was resprayed in the factory Diamond White Pearl paint.
When the car was originally swapped and registered in Florida by a previous owner, it was registered as a ‘2006 Assembled from Parts’ vehicle and assigned a FL VIN number. I can only assume that this was done to try to wash the salvage branding off the title. When registering it here in NC, we were able to have it listed as a 1995 Toyota Supra instead, but still with the FL VIN number. This allows it to only have to pass a Safety Inspection each year, no emission testing or OBD2 requirements.
The car does currently have a lien on it through Pentagon Federal.

This car is female owned and driven, it is my girlfriend’s car and she does NOT drive it hard at all. Can it be driven hard? Absolutely! She daily drove it for about 9 months and never once had a problem with it. Interior is in excellent shape. This car was her dream car and is definitely pampered. I may very well kill her for selling it. 🙁

I am more than happy to entertain any and all questions, take any specific pictures wanted, but if you believe that this car has personally offended your 2JZ Gods and should be damned to Hell, please move on.
