“I’ve decided to list my 2012 Subaru STI and move on to a different project. Selling the car for $33,000 which will include everything in the listing as well as many OE pieces, aftermarket parts, parts I’ve removed and fluids for the vehicle. It will not come with the RWB steering wheel, Bride seats, harnesses or Fire extinguisher (stock STI seats and a Grip Royal steering wheel will be on the car). I don’t need to sell the car but find myself wanting to start a different project. I’m the second owner as of November 2013 when I purchased it with 20,000 miles. The car currently has 51,000 miles (might change a couple hundred as I do a few more services) and has been touched and maintenanced only by myself, Classic Livery of Atlanta (installed widebody), southeast autoshield (applied the wrap and paint protection), and The Wrap Lab (done maintenance to the wrap and printed current livery). The car has been very dear to me, was a daily for about a year and has been garage kept the last 3 1/2 years. Until the flex fuel was installed, the oil was changed every 3,000 miles but has been every 1,500 to 1,750 since switching to flex fuel for added protection. I have been using Motul 300v 5w40 for the past two years. The transmission and differentials have been serviced three times with Motul fluids (paranoid). All modifications have been done to keep the engine as fun and reliable as possible which it very much is. The car has been Pro-Tuned by Taylor’d Tuning and while it hasn’t been Dyno’d is estimated at 330-360 AWHP based on MAF readings and dependent on ethanol content. The car has a Flex tune and can be run on E85 and 93 oct. I recently cleaned up the engine bay dramatically, and replaced the timing belt and associated items to stay up to date on maintenance. At the same time I replaced many of the OE bolts and bits that were looking a little rough around the edges as well.
This car is a blast to drive and has never let me down. It takes turns very confidently and has a smooth, pleasant drive. The car is somewhat loud with the back seats and trunk gutted, but I have all those parts if you wish for the interior to be reinstalled. Although the car has not been built as a show car, it recently took “Subaru of the Show 2nd” at Wekfest Atlanta.
If wanted, I can put the car interior or A/C system back together given a short amount of time after sale (would also need this time for the steering wheel to arrive, which you can pick) and may even be able to put stock headlights back in if preferred.
