“1973 Jeep Commando, 4 wheel drive, with removable hard top. This was the last year of production for the Commando. 84,000 original miles. 258 in line six cylinder. Turbo 400 automatic transmission, power steering, manual four wheel drum brakes. Restoration started, this Jeep runs and drives. The following is what has been done so far:
NEW NOS grille with headlight bezels, NEW gas tank and fuel lines with new fuel filter. NEW air filter, oil and oil filter. NEW starter solenoid and NEW starter motor. NEW side marker light lenses, NEW mirror, NEW belts, hoses and coolant. NEW rebuilt radiator. Both differentials fluids have been changed as well as the transfer case and transmission fluids. NEW brakes front and rear. Four brand NEW 16 inch white spoke wheels and four brand NEW BF Goodrich All Terrain K02 tires, 235/85/16.
Professional installed NEW complete 2 inch lift kit with four leaf springs and NEW gas shocks and NEW U bolts.
The top has one cracked glass in the side. Very little rust, needs one front drive shaft U joint, which I have the part, needs paint, currently in primer. Asking $6750 or best offer.
