“This vintage Mazda 626 LX Touring Hatchback was the top of the line Mazda in 1985. The condition of this car is truly remarkable. open the doors and you are looking into a time capsule. The cranberry velour interior is like new as are the headliner, carpets, cargo area you won’t believe it. Fully equipped this car had pretty much every option available: Power windows, locks, mirrors, sunroof. Cruise Control (working) AC (works great), AM/FM Stereo Cassette with Graphic Equalizer (works great except haven’t tried a cassette). Multi adjustable drivers seat with lumbar support and adjustable side bolsters. Electronic Digital Dash which was quite rare (the cluster has a couple of issues until the car has run for awhile but I have a replacement on the way). Alloy wheel with good tires. NEW rear struts installed NEW front ones come with the car also extra new parts I have purchased for maintenance such as tune up and brake parts.
This car originally came from Canada so the odometer and trip odometer read in Kilometers. Current reading is 263,000 which in miles is about 160,000 which for a 33 year old car equates to less than 5,000 miles per year.
I believe I am the 2nd owner of this car but am not sure. The car shows impeccable care and maintenance. The 2.0L carb engine starts and runs perfectly, no leaks. The 5 speed transmission shifts smoothly. All lights and signals work. New rear hatch struts installed.
