“letting go my 1972 Ford F100 as im building a garage and need the money to finish the building..
its a great daily driver that the wife and I absolutely love. its very reliable and hasn’t had us an ounce of problem since it has been completed.. it has a 400 engine with a c6 trans.. manual brakes and steering, long tube headers, full 3 inch mandrel bent exhaust with black widow race mufflers… it sounds absolutely awesome, not loud, just deep tone. it has been lowered with lowering springs in the front and flip bracket and shackle in the rear. it has a brand new set of american racing 20×9 20×10 torque thrusts wheels along with a brand new set of 275/245 staggered tires. its a great cruiser and turns heads everywhere we go. it does have a little rust here and there. the floors have been patched on passenger side and rust starting on passenger cab mount like most trucks of this age. the paint is 10 15 years old and started to patina and someone has cleared it over and it looks great. the bed has a couple little pin holes around the tailgate in the corner but thats it. no rust through areas on the body. only other problem is driver window gear is wearing out and have to help it up, passenger window is in perfect working order. all gauges work like they should, all lights work etc. within the last year and half it has had the following replaced..
radiator
plugs and wires
hoses
battery
starter and solenoid
headers
exhaust and mufflers
brakes
wheels and tires
carpet
gas tank
gas lines
fuel pump
fuel filteragain this truck starts, idles and runs like it should and is very reliable. its a fun truck but the time has come to let it go as I’m building a garage and need the funds to finish it up.
