$16,000 – San Pablo, CA:

“1974 Porsche 911 Targa (salvage title)

Background information:

2016: I bought this car from the guy who swapped out the OEM engine with Small block Chevy, he also installed (welded on the roll cage, and many upgrade parts. (See the list below)

My plan was to built a back date 1973 SRS with singer style interior (see the pics). I have done all research for all necessary parts. (I can share the list with the buyer if you want to go that direction). I stared to take the car a part to start the restore process, but I have to move due to my new job and my new house. I moved the car to my new home, and it has been seating in my garage in the last 2 years.

I was hoping to get back to built this car, but my job and my baby boy keeping me busy in weekdays and weekend. I can just let it sit in my garage for couple more years until I have time to get back to it, but I feel sad every time I look at it… Maybe someone can continue with the built and enjoy it!

I’m not in the hurry to sell it, so please do not lowball. I won’t answer if you try to do so ;).

THE GOOD:

Engine: Small block Chevy with Holley Carb
Suspension: Bilstein shocks
Welded roll cage
Turbo Quarter panel in CF
Whale tail trunk
Soft targa top
Momo steering wheel
Rennline pedal set
Rennline Smugglers Box Cover
Rennline Blower Motor Assembly Cover
RS Door panels
All oem panels, rear seat covers, carpets are included. I removed them as stated above.

THE BAD:

Body rush in couple places: not major, abound quarter size, but will need to fix!
The car have savage title due to front left fender and bumper cover damage. The previous owner got the OEM replacement fender and (red color) and after market front bumper, but didn’t repaint them(see picture).

Need new headlights.

Need new pain job!

It runs! brake, electrical, gauges cluster, and all the lights work!

I took coolant piping of to re-run inside the side step so can not start the car now. I have video of the car running when I bought it that I can send to you via email.

You will need a new pain job, a engine turn up, and a tune to get it back on the road. It’s a project car, but hey, it’s very rare car and good condition for it age!
